This project required the complete upgrade and renovation of the existing pub. An additional 450 m2 of floorspace was added to complement the renovation with construction of new back of house facilities including a keg room, cool room and dry store, plus a new sports bar, toilets, casual drinking area, smoking terrace as well as an extension to the bottle shop. During construction 100% operation was maintained.
